No ‘Aurum’ was made in 2021, so this is the estate’s top wine. It deserves the title: the very old ungrafted vines give a superbly concentrated smooth texture, full of lean dark stony slate flavours, spice, bright citrus fruit and a long fine finish with a saline hit. Drink 2024 – 2035
