Description
A single-vineyard Malvasia from fifty-year-old vines grown on white clay soils, and only bottled in the best years. It is a pure fresh terroir-driven wine with complex flavours of cool orchard fruit, hay, beeswax and honey, followed by hints of bay and rosemary. The acidity is brisk and refreshing, and there is silkiness and a touch of the ethereal on the long saline mineral finish.
