Description
This blend of Malvasia, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc has been one of the most iconic wines of Istria for some time now. Proportions of the blend change from year to year, but its high quality is remarkably consistent. Maceration on the skins for two weeks for Malvasia and a week for Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc results in perceptible tannins, and if you close your eyes you could be forgiven for thinking you were drinking a red.
