Description
Made from Refosco and Merlot from vines adjacent to the cuverie. Merlot has adapted very well to the Istrian terroirs, and works seamlessly with Refosco, as evidenced by this scented, dark-fruited wine with notes of spice, pepper and herbs and a long chocolatey finish. The vineyard faces south, but cool nights have kept the freshness in the ripe fruit, and the wine will age gracefully for years to come.
