Description
Generally made from young vines in the Albarella vineyard at the foot of Cannubi, along with fruit from outside the Barolo commune, the emphasis here is on freshness, so it is fermented in stainless steel. There is less Albarella in it this year, and the wine is firmer as a result, bright and balanced, with crunchy strawberry fruit, dark smooth tannins and a creamy finish.
