Description
Pure, sweet juicy crushed raspberry and strawberry are underpinned by racy fresh acidity in this dense, finely woven wine, and the new oak has been dialled back to about 20% to give it full expression. Everything is perfectly judged – the fruit is ripe, the tannins have just the right amount of extraction to balance it, and there is a long lean fresh salty finish. Drink 2025 – 2035
