Also bottled in August last year, after 28/30 months wood ageing, the family decided not to make a Riserva in 2018 so all the best fruit from the three vineyards (West, South, & East) in the heart of Cannubi are blended together. The result is as one would hope: perfumed and very fine-boned, redcurrants and sour cherry, cleansed by a delicate layering of fruit and some deliciously intense strawberry flesh….their best Cannubi to-date?
