Description
Even in a year when grapes were almost entirely healthy, Konstantin and Alexandra have managed to make a wine with 100% botrytis. It is one of their lightest and most ethereal efforts in this direction, the luscious sweetness of yellow peach, apricot and tropical fruit lifted by bright limey acidity, a hefty dose of fresh juicy herbs, spicy notes of saffron, and a lingering smooth dark salty finish.
