Description
Old vines – planted in 1961 – on an exposed site at the top of a hill give a wonderfully fresh, aromatic wine, full of white flowers and pithy lime peel notes. There is rounded richness from a little batonnage during maturation, which reduces the amount of sulphur required, and a gentle salinity emerges on the finish. A bright, digestible treat.
