Description
Vines in a two-hectare parcel at the bottom of the steep slope are lent freshness by the proximity of the river. This is a powerful, muscled wine, quite strict at first approach, yielding on closer inspection racy citrus and cool orchard-fruit flavours and a fine, beautifully delineated stony minerality with no trace of heaviness. It will need some years to show its best.
