Description
The old vines in the heart of the vineyard around the sundial cope much better with dry spells, and the wine is correspondingly more relaxed, and quite lovely. There is something inevitable about its seamless balance, taking in fine floral and citrus fruit, delicate ripe acidity, and a juicy silky dark slate core driving to a long, very elegant finish. One of the most complete wines we tasted. Drink 2027 – 2040
