Description
Sankt Nikolaus’s proximity to the Rhine makes it a little warmer, and the vineyard excels in cooler years. In 2021 it is perfectly charming, showing delicate pure citrus fruit with a hint of pith. The minerality takes a while to appear, and when it does, it starts gently, with a hint of fine stone, building gradually but always elegantly to a quiet, deep crescendo.
