Description
The grapes are cold-pressed with a hydraulic press and whole-cluster bunches to preserve fruit aromas. Instead of pasteurizing the juice, they use filtration and carbonization to create an excellent sparkling beverage with 100% natural ingredients and no added sugar.
The result is a fresh, fruity, balanced bubbly with notes of apricot and stone fruit. We recommend as an aperitif with nuts and strong cheeses, or as a light end to the evening with a fruit-based dessert.
