Description
From a south-east-facing subplot of the Langenberg vineyard, planted in 1969, with naturally low yields. It is matured in a new 2400-litre cask (Doppelstück) of local oak, which adds a creamy silky quality to the apple and yellow pear fruit, lemony acidity and smooth dark salty finish.
