The Rabenturm faces south, but its elevation ensures cool nights, which fixes the grapes’ acidity. The soils are reddish and thin, and the vines for this top wine are amongst the estate’s oldest. It is dense and angular, with lots of energy and power, full of pure fresh floral and citrus fruit, and the finish densely woven, saline and long.
