Description
From two plots – Les Bras, with pebbly soil, and Les Saunières, made up of heavier red soils – one below and one above the Clos Rousseau. A little bit of whole bunch fer-mentation lifts and perfumes the juicy strawberry fruit, bright acidity outlines the clean tannins and hard stony edge typical of the commune, and there is a long satisfying fruit-driven finish.
