Description
Pauline Passot’s fourth vintage. As the vineyard name implies, it is a warmer site, and has produced a rich, rounded black-fruited wine with more pronounced, almost chocolatey tannins. It also has a lively fresh floral note, and a silkiness on the persistent finish. As ever, a complex wine that will open out with time.
