Description
Sentiers is always one of the leanest and most long-lived in the Groffier stable, and while it cannot really be described as lean this year, there is a firm tannic edge to the exuberant spicy red fruit, giving purity and definition. It is very dense, and there is a clear sense of coiled energy as it drives to a smooth, melting finish.
