Description
Made from three plots in this elevated vineyard where, thanks to the limestone-rich soils, the fruit is slow to ripen, giving a longer hang-time than normal. It is focussed and lean, showing perfumed red-cherry fruit, notes of menthol and spice, and a fresh complex salty finish.
