Description
The flagship wine of the estate. Szívem faces south-east, benefiting from long hours of sunshine, and its fifty-year-old vines give a rich, powerful wine. A proportion of the grapes are picked early to preserve freshness, and there is some whole-bunch fermentation to lift the dense fruit. The result is a poised wine, full of savoury red and black fruit and smooth powerful tannins, leading to a mouthfilling persistent finish of great intensity.
