Grapes from this small plot are usually used for sweet wine, but in 2006 a dry wine was made. Very low-yielding wines give a rich, deeply flavoured wine with notes of linden (lime) honey, pollen, chestnut, cloves, dried orange peel … the list could go on! Only 1000 bottles made.
