Sabine Mosbacher and Jürgen Düringer are based in the heart of the best area of the Pfalz, and the estate now comprises twenty hectares. Their wines are never showy, never rich nor heavy, but excel through finesse and elegance. They have now converted fully to organic viticulture, and all harvesting is done by hand.
