The Growers > Domaine Ventoura

This relatively young domaine, founded by Thomas Ventoura’s grandfather, used to sell all its grapes to the cooperative. Four years after joining the estate in 2009, Thomas decided to make and bottle the wines himself. His eleven hectares are limited to Petit Chablis, Chablis and a single 1er cru, Fourchaume, although there may be another addition soon. Like any serious grower, he spends all his time in the vineyards. His methods are mostly organic, with the minimum of treatments.


A very small crop of exceptionally pure and terroir-driven wines was made in 2017.
