Young vines from the Hundertgulden vineyard give rich, rounded yellow fruit set off by chalky angular notes that give leanness and precision. There is a lovely delicate minerality on the long, balanced finish.

From a warmer site, with a higher clay content in the soil. A taut, lemony wine with a gentle elegance and purity. The fruit is very juicy and yellow, with a healthy dash of fresh green, and a chalky saline pithiness emerging as the wine builds in power to a long focussed finish. So much lightness and energy! A joy to drink.

From a warmer site, with a higher clay content in the soil. The fruit is rich and fat, but there is a cooling smooth stony minerality and a brisk lemony acidity that keeps it pure, lean and elegant.

From the estate's warmest site, this has distinct tropical notes of pineapple and mango, kept on track by vibrant citrus acidity and a gentle, pithy minerality.From a warmer site, with a higher clay content in the soil. The fruit is pure and yellow, tending to the tropical, and there is lovely racy strain of acidity running through that keeps the wine fresh and vibrant, joined on the finish by a cool minerality.

A vineyard of Mosel-like steepness with chalky loam soils on a limestone base give a deeper, richer wine with dense yellow fruit tinged with herbs, and more power and breadth. But it is kept taut by vibrant lemony acidity and a very fine saline pithiness increasing in intensity as it builds to a juicy finish

So named because of the prices it once fetched, this vineyard is made up of chalky loam on a limestone base. It is a precise, finely wrought, lean and flinty wine with fresh herb notes, vibrant citrus acidity and a long, lean and very smooth salty finish.

Named Hundertgulden - a hundred guilders - because in medieval times its wine was so valuable. Pure limestone and chalky loam soils give an intense, lean lemony wine with juicy grapefruit and very fine salty mineral flavours that linger on the finish.

An intensely herbal, densely woven wine with crisp lemony fruit and huge reserves of power. It is focussed, lean and stony, and as it unfolds there are hints of red fruit and fresh green flavours to offset the dark mineral core. It finishes on a long juicy fresh note. Quite outstanding.

Red soils give a herbal, crisp lemony wine with notes of fresh nettles and redcurrants to go with the ripe yellow orchard fruit, and as the vineyard name suggests, there is a powerful stony finish.

Steinacker translates as "stony field", and It's certainly that. The limestone soils are infused with iron oxide, which lends a spicy warmth to the cool green and citrus fruit. It is smooth and rich, and there is delicate fine minerality on the finish.So named because of the prices it once fetched, this vineyard is made up of chalky loam on a limestone base, and gives a lean, citrusy wine with a silky minerality and a long fresh salty finish. Very exciting!
