2019 Juffer GG [24 20] (HAAG01219A)
The gentlest of starts: inviting, juicy ripe pear and yellow stone fruit, gradually builds in intensity as fine smoky dark mineral structure begins to appear, finishing on a long, perfectly balanced salty note. A harmonious, elegant joy.

2019 Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr GG [08 20] (HAAG02219A)
Made from grapes in the heart of the vineyard, clustered around the sundial, where the microclimate is warmer and the vines much older. It is denser and more powerful than the Juffer, less playful, but still delicate and ethereal, with a finely woven slaty minerality and a pithy juicy grapefruit and salt-driven finish.

2019 Kestener Paulinshofberg GG [27 20] (HAAG04219A)
A new acquisition in neighbouring Kesten, the Paulinshofberg is contiguous with the Juffer vineyard and clearly recognisable as such from its structure. A little clay joins the weathered slate soils here, giving a bright and citrussy wine, fruity and elegant, and the smoky slate notes are painted with a broader brush. There is a little earthiness there too, and a long juicy finish. A very welcome addition to the portfolio.
