2017 Bourgogne Rouge (HUBA10217A)
Fruit half from Chambolle, half from Gilly-Le-Citeaux, below the route nationale. The sweet black cherry fruit has good density, and is balanced by fine tannins and a juicy finish.
2016 Bourgogne Rouge (HUBA10216A)
Fresh and rich, this has ripe sweet fruit with a hint of spice, and good length.
2017 Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes (HUBA22217A)
Dominique has reduced the amount of new wood used here to 25%, preferring the fruit to speak for itself. And so it does, in the form of dark, silky black cherry. There is an ethereal feel to the caressing tannins and smooth long finish shot through with mineral.

Ranging in age from fifty-five to eighty-five, the vines give a dense wine filled with juicy red fruit that shades to black, and fine balancing tannins.
2015 Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes (HUBA22215A)
Ranging in age from fifty-five to eighty-five, the vines give a dense wine filled with silky raspberry and black cherry fruit, with good balance and an appealing freshness, and a long rich finish.

2017 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes (HUBA30217A)
From sixty-year-old vines from two separate parcels with deep soils, one lying a little higher than the other. This is a round, smooth and supple wine of some density and considerable power, with a generous helping of fresh black fruit, ripe firm tannins and good length.
2016 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes (HUBA30216A)
Sixty-year-old vines from two separate parcels, one lying a little higher than the other, give a quite delicious, seamlessly elegant wine with juicy raspberry fruit, rich chocolatey tannins and a very long fine finish.
2014 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes (HUBA30214A)
Sixty-year-old vines give seductive crunchy black-cherry fruit. This is structured and mineral, tempered by the ripe fruit, and it finishes fresh and long.
2016 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Cras (HUBA32216A)
A more typically 'masculine' wine, made from 75-year-old vines. After the frost the vineyard was so badly affected that it took a month for the vegetation to take hold again; the resulting wine is powerful, with rich tannins and a massive mineral presence easily matched by the dense ripe black fruit.
2017 Bourgogne Blanc Hautes Côtes De Nuits (HUBA06217A)
Wonderfully fresh and bright, this has lemony fruit, broad earthy mineral flavours and a taut finish.
2016 Bourgogne Blanc Hautes Côtes de Nuits (HUBA06216A)
Harvested very late, this is delightfully fruity, fresh and vibrant, with some earthy mineral flavours and good length.
2015 Bourgogne Blanc Hautes Côtes de Nuits (HUBA06215A)
Very expressive, creamy and rich, showing ripe grapefruit and peach notes, as well as a fine broad minerality. There is freshness here, and an easy-going accessibility that makes it a pleasure to drink.
