Vibrant fresh lemony fruit, with excellent concentration and length. A very fine Bourgogne.
2015 CHASSAGNE-MONTRACHET 1er cru, Les Chaumées (DUBL28215A)
Light stony soil from north of the village gives a pure, elegant wine that is relaxed and appealing, with a hint of the tropical. Despite the ripeness there is vibrant acidity, and when combined with broad mineral flavours make this perfectly balanced.
