It was hit hard by hail and very little was made; but what quality! Extremely dense and rich, with an abundance of ripe lemony fruit, it is clean and fresh, and there is a fine mineral seam that comes to the fore on the long salty finish.
2015 Pouilly-Fuisse 'Sur La Roche' (BRRA40215A)
The highest vineyard of the domaine's holdings, with an eastern exposure and good ventilation, this is usually is the first to ripen. It is warm, ripe and toasty, with precise pithy mineral flavours and sweet fruit. The finish is balanced, salty and long.
