2018 Puligny Montrachet 1er cru Les Folatières (CHAV24218A)
The pure limestone soils of Folatières ensure it is always the stoniest wine in the line-up. This year it is angular, dense and powerful, showing fresh citrus ? lime and lemon ? and a long bright stony finish.

2018 Puligny Montrachet 1er cru Les Pucelles (CHAV26218A)
At twenty-six, the vines in the parcel are finally coming into their own: each year the wine becomes finer and more expressive. It has delicate floral fruit, juicy limey acidity and a slightly angular mineral edge leading to a gentle persistent finish.

Lemony, fine and very intense, the Pucelles gets ever better. It is pure, bright and angular, the texture is silky, and there is a delicious interplay of bitter salty minerals and sweet ripe fruit on the long fresh finish.
