2014 MOREY-SAINT-DENIS Clos Solon (CAMI31214A)
Just two barrels produced. This is very fine, with deep, perfumed dark fruit, well defined elegant tannins and masses of energy. Drink 2019 ' 2026
2014 CHAMBOLLE MUSIGNY 1er cru Aux Echanges (CAMI32214A)
Only one barrel made. A small vineyard between Beaux-Bruns and Combottes, with deep clay soil. It has the pretty red fruit typical of Chambolle, but there is firmness here too, and the tannins and minerality give structure. The finish is juicy and persistent. Drink 2021 ' 2030
2012 MOREY-SAINT-DENIS 1er cru, Les Chaffots (CAMI34212A)
2014 GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN 1er cru, Lavaut-Saint-Jacques (CAMI36214A)
Floral, delicate and finely woven, the ethereal character often seen from this vineyard is highlighted by the use of 50% whole bunches. There is energy and power here too, along with fine minerality and a strong tannic structure that promises a long life. Drink 2022 ' 2032
2013 GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN 1er cru, Lavaut-Saint-Jacques (CAMI36213A)
Bright and effortless, with intense sweet black cherry fruit and the energy typical of a vineyard high on the hillside. A touch of menthol on the very long fine finish.
2011 CORTON LE ROGNET (CAMI42211A)
30% whole-bunch fermentation 'to make it more serious'. Very seductive, round and silky, with huge depth of flavour, vibrant freshness, precision and length.
2009 CORTON LE ROGNET (CAMI42209A)
35% whole bunch fermentation. Full of vibrant energy. Very deep and powerful, with fine fruit, structured tannin and great length. Will be lovely after a good long wait.
2014 CORTON LE CLOS DU ROI (CAMI44214A)
Made from biodynamically farmed fruit. A very big, ripe wine, with serious tannins and great depth, purity and salty hot minerals. There is fresh, intense fruit too, and a long fine finish. Drink 2025 ' 2038
2013 CORTON LE CLOS DU ROI (CAMI44213A)
Made from biodynamically farmed fruit. No blushing flower this: tremendous power as usual, but backed by very fine silky tannin and lashings of bright raspberry and other red fruit. A beautifully delineated long finish.
2011 CORTON LE CLOS DU ROI (CAMI44211A)
Made from biodynamically farmed fruit. It peeps out shyly from behind massive, chocolatey tannins. Very vibrant, fresh and long. A superb Clos du Roi, but one for the cellar.
2009 CORTON CLOS DU ROI (CAMI44209A)
A thick shell of fine tannins and minerals keeps the core of dense fruit from bursting across the palate. Towering and regal. Some years in the cellar and this will be very special. A very exciting wine.
2013 CLOS VOUGEOT (CAMI48213A)
From the upper left side of the vineyard, and a welcome addition to the portfolio: the trademark purity of the Camille-Giroud style brings out the best of the vineyard: juicy sour-cherry and raspberry fruit, well balanced supple ripe tannins, and great finesse.
2014 CLOS DE LA ROCHE (CAMI51214A)
A spicy, elegant wine with intensity and fresh dark sour-cherry fruit that builds in intensity to a chocolate-infused crescendo. Dark tannins and plenty of minerality complete the make-up. Really impressive. Drink 2024 ' 2037
2014 CHARMES-CHAMBERTIN (CAMI52214A)
Fresh, and beautifully textured, this has fresh, generous, ripe fruit of lovely purity. There is a transparency here that shows every element clearly: silky, rounded tannins, fine minerals, filigree acidity and a delicious menthol finish. Drink 2024 ' 2037
2013 CHARMES-CHAMBERTIN (CAMI52213A)
The fruit here is delicate and floral, very forward, open and intensely seductive. Pure and fine, with considerable weight and length.
2011 LATRICIERES-CHAMBERTIN (CAMI54211A)
More linear than the Charmes, with a pronounced minerality that gives an ethereal quality, balanced by intense sour red cherry fruit. Long rich finish. Quite superb.
